According to SK Hynix, the labor and management agreed on three major issues. First, on the premise of approval by the board of directors, it was decided to issue employee stock shares and give members the right to purchase them. In addition, the management decided to change the standard index for PS calculation from the existing EVA (Economic Value Added) to operating profit. In the meantime, as employees complained about the EVA indicator, the company decided to increase its predictability through operating profit, where the figures are clearly disclosed. Finally, it has agreed to provide 3 million points to all members of the company’s welfare point,’Hi Well Point’.
