Last winter, a parking accident occurred in a villa in Seoul. Mr. A, a so-called’Chicken Man,’ who ignored the parking line, parked the car slouch, occupied two parking spaces, and so on with four luxury cars.

However, a victim said that one of Mr. A’s vehicles was his own car and had suffered a’rental fraud’. Mr. B, who has been looking for his vehicle for over a year. What was the reason why Mr. B’s car was there?

In MBC’s’PD Notebook’, which airs today (16th), we traced another world of crime under the surface of the parking lot incident.

▶’Big Boss Man’, the lord of’guys’ who ride supercars

‘In the era of low interest rates, it is difficult to live with only the money collected from banks. If there is a stable investment destination of 12% annual interest rate and principal guarantee, what would you choose?’

B, who is the real owner of the parking lot, said that he has invested in a’private rental business’, saying that the interest rate is high and stable monthly income is guaranteed.

Chicken Man A’s supervisor aka’Big Boss Man’ Kim. He was on the road to success with’private rental business’. She boasted tremendous wealth by wearing luxury watches that cost tens of millions of won and filling the garage with super cars. He assured himself that he is the first generation of personal rental business and that the era of personal rental will soon come to Korea.

After receiving a capital loan in the name of an investor, he said that if he picks out an expensive used imported car and gives it to Big Bossman, he will return a personal rental and receive an installment payment and a monthly profit of 1% with the proceeds. Big Bossman introduced himself as a manager of a famous celebrity, and said that he has a wide range of feet in the entertainment industry, boasting that celebrities and movie editions are the base of the rental business.

It is said that the money that goes into the bankbook every month is solsol. However, Lee also did not receive the proceeds from three or four months later, and neither the installment nor the car purchased by the victim with a loan came back. Victims who had to pay the monthly installments for cars they hadn’t been able to ride became sober and bad credit. Only 100 vehicles were confirmed by the victims’ victims, which was an instant choice.

▶There are victims, but no perpetrators

Mr. Kim, a big boss man who showed off his friendship with the police.
