Disaster subsidies for self-employed persons and small business owners are being considered promisingly to provide the same standard as the third subsidy. Earlier, the government paid 3 million won to the prohibited business (23.8 million people), 2 million won to the restricted group (810,000 people), and 1 million won to the rest of the general industry (1752 million) through the third subsidy.
In the first place, the party government has reviewed the payment of disaster support in proportion to the amount of damage under the principle of’thicker support’, but it is reported that it has set a policy to pay it in a flat-rate method while having difficulties in calculating the amount of damage.
