On the 19th, candidate Park Young-sun, Mayor of the Democratic Party of Seoul, pledged to pay a universal disaster support fund of 100,000 won per Seoul citizen.
Candidate Park said at a press conference held at the camp office in Jongno-gu, Seoul that morning, “The most pressing task for Seoul citizens is to overcome Corona 19 and restore their daily lives.” I will sign the disaster assistance plan,” he said.

Candidate Park said, “I promise to sign a universal disaster support plan that is paid 100,000 won per person to all citizens of Seoul with the approval of the Mayor of Seoul once I become the mayor of Seoul.”
Candidate Park said, “This consolation money is issued as KS Seoul digital local currency based on a block chain that expires within 6 months of the start of payment, so that it can contribute to the economy of small businesses in the region, as well as blockchain, a new technology field of the 4th industrial revolution. By increasing investment and interest in the field, we will create new jobs and lay the foundation for building Seoul as a hub of blockchain and protocol economy.”
Candidate Park once again said, “Before the loss compensation system based on Article 23 of the Constitution is in full swing, we will do our best to recover the daily lives of all citizens of Seoul who have been damaged by Corona 19 through customized and universal support, as well as creating new jobs and bringing Seoul to the world. We will build it as a digital economic capital.”
