- How did the number ’21’ come out?
- There are already 9 minute city Barcelona, 15 minute city Paris and 20 minute city Detroit. Now is the 21st century, and when I draw a circle in Seoul, I can cover about 21, so I set it to 21 minutes. Numbers are symbolic.
- Is there a limit to public-led development? It is also homework to attract participation in closed apartment complexes.
