The late Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon’s sexual harassment victims demanded disciplinary and arrest investigations for those who leaked their real names through a handwritten letter.

The’Joint Action in the Mayor of Seoul’s Violent Sexual Violence Case’ (hereinafter referred to as’Joint Action)’ held a press conference in front of the Seoul City Hall on the 28th and said, “I urge the Seoul City, the police, and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family to take strict measures against the leakage and dissemination of information on victims of violent sexual violence.” Revealed. They are acting on behalf of Mr. A, who accused former Mayor Park of sexual harassment.

This is due to the fact that Kim Min-woong, professor of future civilization at Kyunghee University, revealed on Facebook on the 23rd a handwritten letter sent by Mr. A to former Mayor Park, exposing the real name of Mr. A. Professor Kim apologized to the victims on the 25th. Mr. A’s handwritten letter was shared by Min Kyung-guk, former Seoul city personnel planning secretary, and Professor Kim shared it again. In the process of re-spreading by Professor Kim, A’s real name was revealed without filtering.

After the press conference, the joint action submitted a letter to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul National Police Agency, and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family Affairs calling for emergency measures to guarantee the human rights of victims.

In October, the joint action also sent an official letter to the Blue House and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family to respond to the victim’s secondary damage and sued the police for those who disclosed the victim’s real name and workplace name to Naver Band. However, they claim that human rights violations have occurred again due to the lack of proper measures.

Victim A’s side sued Professor Kim to the cyber investigation team of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency on the 24th. Kyunghee University students are also criticizing Professor Kim by making a statement and receiving a joint signature.
