Park Soo-hong sued his brother… the reason he did it to the prosecution, not the police

While broadcaster Park Soo-hong (51) sued his brothers and sisters for embezzlement, attention is focused on the reason for filing a complaint with the prosecution.

On the afternoon of the afternoon of the 5th, S. As announced by Park Soo-hong, the amount of embezzlement was presumed against the background of suing against the brother-in-law and against the prosecution, not the police, while a court battle began.

Park Soo-hong has not yet revealed the exact amount of his brother’s embezzlement. However, the first revelation posted as a comment on the YouTube channel’Black Cat Dahong’ operated by Park Soo-hong said “more than 10 billion won”, so it was estimated that it was about that scale. In a comment, the author wrote, “When Park Soo-hong checked his bankbook and assets lately, he confirmed that the names of his brother-in-law and his children are in the name of his brother-in-law.

After this article was known, Park Soo-hong said on social media on the 29th of last month that it was true that he suffered financial damage from his relationship with his former agency. He admitted to the suspicion of embezzlement by his brothers and sisters, but did not disclose the exact amount of damage.

The Criminal Procedure Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Prosecutors’ Office Act for the adjustment of the prosecutor’s right to investigate will be enforced from January 1 of this year. Fraud, embezzlement, or derogation of less than 500 million won must be filed with the police. Accordingly, it is known that Park Soo-hong has filed a complaint against his brother-in-law to the prosecution.

In response to Park Soo-hong’s legal response, his brother also said, “Accounting problems can be solved by law. We will actively respond”, so the charges for embezzlement of his brother are expected to be covered up after a long battle in court.

After suspicion of embezzlement of Park Soo-hong’s brother-in-law emerged, the brother-in-law and the YouTube channel’s Horizontal and Vertical Research Center are continuing the revelation war against Park Soo-hong. Park Soo-hong’s own brother claimed through a media that “Park Soo-hong’s girlfriend was born in 1993, and Park Soo-hong is currently living in Sangam-dong apartment.”

Attorney Noh Jong-eon of Park Soo-hong’s side said, “Park Soo-hong will receive an objective judgment on this situation and respond according to the standards of the law without responding to any unilateral disclosure of privacy and scratching.” It plans to take legal action against some media that does not go through a process and does not guarantee the right to object, and comments that produce rumors. He predicted a tough response to unconfirmed rumors, saying, “We will cooperate with the investigative agency as faithfully as possible so that the substance of this case can be properly revealed.”
