Park Jung-min for Best Supporting Actor at the 41st Blue Dragon Film Awards
Reminding of the late Park Ji-sun

Park Jung-min won the 2021 Blue Dragon Film Festival Best Supporting Actor Award for’But Save It from Evil’.
The 41st Blue Dragon Film Awards was held at Incheon Paradise City at 9 pm on the 9th. On this day,’Damanak’ Park Jung-min,’Kang Chul-bi 2’Shin Jeong-geun, Youn-seok,’Namsan’s managers’ Lee Seong-min and Lee Hee-joon held a side-by-side competition.
In’But Save Me from Evil’, Park Jung-min was evaluated for playing his role as a scene stealer by playing the role of transgender Yui.
Park Jung-min on the stage was embarrassed, saying, “Thank you to the audience who loved and cherished our movie. I really didn’t expect it.”
“I am grateful to everyone, including Lee Jung-jae and Hwang Jung-min, who filmed together. I didn’t expect it, but I had a very small expectation. If I could truly thank one person, I only thought of one person.”
He continued his impressions of the award, recalling the late Park Ji-sun, who passed away last year.
Park Jung-min said, “I have a friend who asked me if I was always okay when filming. A friend who always asked my regards and was curious went to heaven last year.”
“I haven’t sent that friend yet. I want to apologize for not asking if it’s okay. I will do my best to act so that I don’t feel embarrassed to that older sister who is watching from the sky.”
Meanwhile, the 41st Blue Dragon Film Awards was scheduled to be held in December of last year, but was postponed for two months due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection (Corona 19). The awards ceremony was hosted by Kim Hye-soo and Yeon-Seok Yoo.
