On the 22nd, former Hongik University printmaking professor Kim Seung-yeon, who raised suspicions about the entrance examination for the daughter of candidate Park Hyung-joon who went to the Busan Mayor’s by-election, repeatedly argued on the 22nd, “There was an irregular request from Park candidate’s daughter at the Hongik University entrance exam.” In addition, he confessed, “I gave 85 points for a 30-point for the pressure to give 80 points or more.”
Professor Jeon Kim appeared on TBS’News Factory of Kim Eo-Jun’ on the same day and revealed the situation at the time in detail regarding the allegations of corruption in the entrance exam raised to Park candidate’s daughter. Prof. Kim has served at Hongik University for 30 years and retired from retirement in February this year.
Professor Jeon Kim said, “I had a close relationship with Candidate Park’s wife (Johyun) since 1996. At that time, he was the largest Johyun gallery in Busan, and thanks to him at the time, he also had a wonderful exhibition.” He said, “I’ve seen it many times, and later I found out that my husband was the head of Chung Moo-suk (Candidate Park) of the Blue House.”
Prof. Kim said, “After 2000, after the college’s practical test at Hongik University, Professor Doo-sik Lee (small high school) called me and went, and I had a daughter with Johyun.” I asked for a look,” he explained. He added that Mr. Cho cried and asked for his daughter to pass.
Professor Jeon Kim confessed, “I numbered the works produced by the test takers and graded them in the morning, but the staff pointed to the work, and Professor Lee applied pressure and instructed me to give more than 80 points, so I gave it 85 points.” The work indicated by the staff was submitted by Park candidate’s daughter.
He added, “If I gave it 30 points, it would have been an uproar and it would have prevented me from getting promoted.”
Professor Jeon Kim said, “I haven’t seen ghosts and have no interest in politics.”

Prof. Kim said, “I thought there was such a Huanmuchi, and it seems that his wife did such a thing to attach her daughter 20 years ago. It should be,” he insisted.

Professor Kim is a whistleblower who exposed corruption in the 2008 Hongik University College of Art admissions. He said, “At that time, I was investigated three times by the Western District Prosecutors’ Office.” He introduced that he still had three special affidavits of the central district prosecutor’s office, which had over 50 pages.
Prof. Kim continued, “When I stated five years’ worth (contents of irregularities in the entrance examination), I testified that the number of provisional numbers was several times, and that I would have given several points, and I explained in detail that the parents seemed to be.” I investigated with my testimony and said they were all correct.”
Professor Kim said, “At the beginning of the investigation, prosecutors seemed full of motivation.” He added, “At the time (the prosecution official) pointed to Inwangsan,” he added.
Prof. Kim said the last thing, “What I want to say to Candidate Park is that I can never cover the sky with my hand,” he said. “In fact, what I want to ask the prosecution to reveal the upper line of this case. That’s why I dragged this out.” I raised my voice.
At the time, an official from the investigation team at the Seoul West District Prosecutor’s Office said in the call with the Hankook Ilbo, “At the time, it was strictly investigated according to laws and principles such as extensive fund tracking,” and “There was no fact that there was no external pressure in the investigation process.”
Meanwhile, Candidate Park is denying Professor Kim’s argument. On the 15th, the Democratic Party Rep.
