The bad news for actor Park Eun-seok is repeating. Park Eun-seok, who has been in the spotlight after 10 years of debuting with SBS’Penthouse’, was accused of disseminating false facts following the recently controversial suspicion of sending a pet dog.

According to Ten Asia reports on the 29th, Mr. A filed a lawsuit for alimony against Park Eun-seok under the Seoul Northern District Law on December 3 of last year. Mr. A requested 5 million won for alimony, claiming that Park Eun-seok spread false facts about him.

He conveyed his uncomfortable feelings to the media, saying, “The way Park Eun-seok responded to the recent wavebreak controversy and the way he gave me were similar.”

According to Mr. A, Park Eun-suk posted a message in a group chat room with theater actors and staff in 2017, saying that Mr. A is approaching actors for casting reasons. Mr. A sued Park Eun-seok, claiming that the article was false.

At the time, Park Eun-suk’s agency said, “It is a one-sided argument with an unclear factual relationship. It has not yet received a collection.”

In response, Mr. A argued that “Park Eun-seok has not been accused, but the complaint has been filed.”

Park Eun-seok and Mr. A are alumni of the same university. He explained, “There was a script that I wanted to see, so I lent it to you, and there was an emotional conflict in the process of receiving it,” he explained.

A later received a threatening message and reported it to the police. He said, “I found out that the first distributor was Park Eun-seok in 3 years.”

He contacted Park Eun-seok directly before the complaint, hoping for a sincere apology, and said he would take legal action if he continued to deny it.

Mr. A said, “After that, the agency contacted the company and suggested alimony by revealing the intention of the agreement. However, the child was delayed for five months. Since he was cast in the’Penthouse’, it seems that he would be dismissed when the news of the accusation is reported. Insisted.

Park Eun-seok’s management company is planning to respond by requesting a law firm.

Meanwhile, Park Eun-seok belatedly apologized, saying, “I don’t want to deny dismissal. Just because a companion animal raised by an acquaintance is living well does not seem to go away.”
