A high school student who claimed to have been assaulted by a candidate for Justice Minister Park Bum-gye announced a policy of “if I do not apologize, I will sue.”

Lee Jong-bae, the representative of the examination student meeting for the judicial examination, said on the 6th, “If candidate Park admits the assault until this week and does not apologize for the spread of false information, I will sue Park and reveal the truth.” The due date he revealed is the 11th.

Candidate Park is suspected of assaulting high school students who visited her officetel in Seoul in 2016. In the recording file containing the situation at the time, Candidate Park said, “Who is behind it? They said, “Take all of these faces” and said that they grabbed the flesh of the high school students who came to tell us to stop the abolition of the bar exam. However, candidate Park refuted, saying, “The opposite is true,” and “I was almost assaulted.”

Representative Lee also released a text message sent to candidate Park five years ago. Immediately after the incident, he received statements from the victims and witnesses, wrote them on the spot, and sent them to Candidate Park.

Representative Lee argued that “as an obvious false fact, the test students were sold as a violent group that tried to assault members of the National Assembly and suffered serious defamation.” “We have been asking for a sincere apology from the time the assault incident occurred,” he said. “I can’t stand it anymore. “If I do not apologize and deny the fact of the assault until the end, I will reveal the truth through investigation.”
