Today (13th), around 10 am, a 58-year-old man A, an employee of LH’s Paju Business Division, was found dead in a farm in Sambang-ri, Beop-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do.
No will was found on site.
After talking with his family this morning, Mr. A sent a text message stating’I’m sorry to go first’, and it was confirmed that there was no real estate related talk.
The police are not suspicious of killing, and the text message from Mr. A believes that he has taken his own life.
Mr. A is reported to have been to work normally until yesterday.
Colleagues said that Mr. A was in charge of supervising the construction of apartments in the housing site development project district.
The container where the body was found was confirmed to have been installed by Mr. A after purchasing the land in February 2019.
It is known that Mr. A was not included in the 20 people surveyed for alleged speculation by LH employees.
However, one media raised suspicion of speculation, saying that an IC and an industrial complex on the second circular highway in the metropolitan area were planned or are being built around the land where Mr. A bought it.
The police also said they were planning to obtain similar information on the 11th to confirm the facts, but they have not yet initiated internal investigations and have not contacted Mr. A.
The police are investigating the history of death based on Mr. A’s survivors and fellow employees.
Earlier, at around 9:40 am yesterday, 56-year-old B, who served as the head of the Jeonbuk headquarters of LH in an apartment in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, committed himself and died.
