[농업경제신문=박찬식 기자] The over-the-counter price of SK Bioscience, which is about to be listed, recorded 175,000 won, down 4000 won from the previous day.
According to the unlisted stock trading platform Securities Plus on the 12th, the bid and ask price of SK Bioscience recorded 170,000 won and 180,000 won.
SK Bioscience-related stocks include SK Chemicals, SK Discovery, Chemon, Daejeonghwa Geum, and DRGem.
The company was founded in July 2018 by spin-off from SK Chemicals. Influenza vaccine, shingles vaccine, etc. are manufactured. The largest shareholder is SK Chemicals, which holds a 98.0% stake. SK Discovery is mentioned as a related stock as it owns a 33.5% stake in SK Chemicals.
Chemon is a clinical trial consignment agency (CRO), and is currently entrusted with SK Bioscience’s COVID-19 vaccine clinical study. In August of last year, Daejeonghwageum announced plans to establish a joint venture’SK Chemicals Daejeong’ with SK Chemicals. Since then, Daejunghwakeum is said to acquire 87,7333 shares (50%) of SK Chemicals Daejung shares in February, and is mentioned as a related stock.
RGem is a related stock because a subsidiary of Fujifilm, the second largest shareholder, is consigned to develop and manufacture NovaVax’s COVID-19 vaccine candidate.
SK Bioscience, which is scheduled to be listed on the 18th, will consignment production of AstraZeneca and NovaVax, the Corona 19 vaccine. SK Bioscience also challenges mutant virus vaccines.
