With the largest pre-sale price in Korea (56.66 million 6349 won per pyeong), 30 pyeong is supplied for 1.9 billion won, and a margin of at least 1.5 billion won is expected, attracting many people’s attention. Last year, when the Housing and Urban Assurance Corporation (HUG) calculated the pre-sale price, it received 48.91 million won per 3.3 ㎡, but this year’s pre-sale price ceiling greatly increased the cost of housing and received a 16% higher pre-sale price.

It is 60% cheaper than the nearby market price. The adjacent Acro River Park 32 pyeong is trading at 3~3.2 billion won, and recently traded at 3.7 billion won.

All of the previous pyeongs exceeded KRW 900 million, making intermediate payments impossible. If the market price exceeds 1.5 billion won when moving in, the mortgage loan will not be issued, so you should be able to pay 100% of the sale price without a loan.

The resale limit is 10 years, and if it is sold after March, it is an apartment that is supplied from Seoul, so you have to live. I can’t set a charter Residents of Seoul for more than two years are the first. As the pre-sale price exceeds KRW 900 million, there is no special supply expected.
