Park Young-sun, a candidate for the Mayor of Seoul’s Democratic Party, cited the low approval rating in their 20s in a recent poll because of lack of experience and anxiety about jobs and the future. Candidate Park visits Shinchon and Hongdae to attack the youth’s vote.
Candidate Park made the announcement on the 26th after receiving a question from reporters stating that’the approval rate in their 20s is low’ after conducting the Green Mothers’ Association activity in front of Bukgajwa Elementary School in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
Candidate Park said that this is what he heard from people in their twenties. “In the case of the twenties, the experience level is still a little lower than that of the thirties to forties or fifties for things like the past. There is a tendency to see it.”
He added, “I didn’t feel that way, and I asked people in their twenties.”
In addition, Candidate Park emphasized that people in their twenties are the most difficult due to the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19). Candidate Park explained, “I am not getting a job well, my future is unstable, and I think there are various complaints about it.”
Candidate Park emphasized, “I am confident in creating jobs. I have created more than 50,000 new jobs by serving as Minister of SMEs (Ministry of SMEs and Startups).”
