On the first day of operation of the’New City Speculation Report Center’, 70 reports were received

Dozens of reports were received within a day at the report center operated by the Government Joint Special Investigation Headquarters (joint version) to investigate allegations of speculation in the new city.

According to the police on the 15th, 70 reports of speculation came in at the report center, which started operation at 9 am on the day, as of 5 pm.

In the reporting center, five professional counseling police officers are in charge of counseling and reception. The police also opened a direct telephone line (02-315-0025) for quick consultation.

Opening hours are 9 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.

The main targets of reporting are △ illegal use of internal information by public officials or employees of public institutions △ real estate speculation △ real estate market disturbance.

An official from Hapsubon said, “If you suspect real estate speculation, we ask you to report it immediately.”
