According to the incident video, a white car entered the road next to the mart. Then another car that was stopped blocked the front. After a while, several strong men appeared around the car and the building in question.
They surrounded the white car and destroyed the car. The embarrassed white car driver hurried back backwards, but crashed into the car behind the black box.
The white car was jammed between the building and the vehicle, making it impossible to come or go.
Afterwards, the men pulled out the driver and passengers in the white cars, and indiscriminately assaulted them. The assault continued until the victims lost their mind. Immediately after the assault, men fled the scene.

On the 9th of the incident, the Chosun Ilbo reported, “In Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, four people per day, who appear to be Russian foreigners, were publicly assaulting other Russians who were riding a car in broad daylight, and the police investigated the victims. It was reported, and the investigation was initiated by forming a dedicated team of violence criminals from the Gyeonggi Southern Police Agency.”
According to the Gyeonggi Southern Police Agency on the 9th, the incident occurred on a street in Namyang-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, about 4:50 pm on the 8th, the Chosun Ilbo reported. The two victims suffered whole body bruises and were treated in the hospital, and it is said that there is no harm in their lives. Victims are known to stay in Korea and work daily.
A police official said to the Chosun Ilbo, “The victims are stating that the perpetrators are Russians, but they do not know. It is believed that the victims were deliberately committed to the crime, such as waiting for a race car in the field to exercise group violence in advance.”
