On the 24th, the OK Baejeong Scholarship Foundation (Chairman Choi Yoon) announced on the 24th that it held the ‘2020 Year-end Night’ for harmony among scholarship students in the main conference room located in Namdaemun-ro, Seoul.

The year-end evening is a regular event at the end of the year with the aim of promoting harmony between seniors and juniors of OK Living Scholarships, and serves as a’place of exchange’ to strengthen the personal network between scholarship students. It was held as a large-scale offline event every year, but this year, it was held in a non-face-to-face form through online video to prevent infection of scholarship students from’new coronavirus infection (Corona 19)’.

This year’s event was held in the following order: △Announcement and awards of scholarship students’ talent sharing activities △2020 Foundation activity review △2021 new Foundation support program announcement △Chairman’s greeting △Recreation.

Among them, the talent sharing activities for scholarship students originated from the foundation management philosophy of OK Financial Group Chairman Choi Yoon (Chairman of OK Bae Jeong Scholarship Foundation), who wishes to realize a’virtual cycle of sharing’ in our society. As usual, Chairman Yoon Choi has hoped that through the support of the OK Assignment Scholarship Foundation, scholarship students will be reborn as the right talents in society, and since then, they will not forget their previous support and share the support they received with other juniors.

In addition, it was reported that scholarship students showed interest in the new application program next year. In particular, the’Help scholarship’ system, which temporarily provides additional scholarships in case of difficulties in the family of scholarship students, such as △temporary financial deterioration △death of immediate existence, received great response.

One scholar who attended the event said, “With the help of the OK Assignment Scholarship Foundation, I was able to devote myself to my studies, and thanks to this, I am facing an internship at the company I wanted to do.” I hope that all junior scholarship students who will be with the foundation will set a good precedent.”

Chairman Yoon Choi said, “I would like to express my deep gratitude to all of the scholarship students who silently compete in their studies in the midst of the’Corona 19′ situation.”

On the other hand, in addition to life scholarship students, the OK Placement Scholarship Foundation is operating scholarship programs in various fields such as △hopeful scholarship students (domestic, middle and high school students) △global scholarship (overseas/overseas Korean students) △sports scholarship (domestic and sports dream tree). Based on the standard, it is providing a cumulative scholarship worth 18 billion won to about 6650 cumulative domestic and international scholarship students.

Currently, the OK Assignment Scholarship Foundation is recruiting the 6th scholarship students. Applications are scheduled to be received by the 28th of this month, and the final candidates will be selected in February of next year through interviews.
