Tae Young-ho. Jeon Il-chun became the vice-director of Dang’s Room 39 in 1998, and has been the head of Dang’s Room 39 since 2010. Room 39 is in charge of not only raising and managing the labor party’s government funds, but also managing the slush funds of the Kim family and earning foreign currency in North Korea.

Rep. Tae Young-ho said in a phone call on this paper, “He’s (former Ambassador Ryu) is the real world in North Korea. Jeon Il-chun did not appear on the public appearance around 2012. Until December 2011, it was also spotted that Chairman Kim Jong-il was conducting local guidance from a close distance. However, he was omitted from the list of members of the Central Committee of the 8th Party Congress earlier this month. Rep. Former Ambassador Ryu said that after the adoption of the UN Security Council’s resolution on sanctions against North Korea in September 2017, the North Korean ambassador to Kuwait at the time of Seo Chang-sik was expelled, and he became ambassador. In September 2019, he fled to Korea with his family.
