North Korean Labor Party secretary Lee Byung-cheol warns the US instead of Kim Jong-un

Earlier, North Korea launched two short-range ballistic missiles on the 25th, and US President Biden announced that there will be a corresponding response due to the violation of the resolution of the UN Security Council.
