LH employees’ funding line was a loan from Nonghyup. To give a representative example, an LH employee, who is called the’Lecturer’ because there is a lot of land, bought the land with an audit from the Nonghyup branch. One billion won from the Agricultural Cooperatives became speculative funds. It is said that the Nonghyup auditor came to know by rewarding him when he was doing compensation work in Gwacheon in the past.

Mr. Kang Mo, an LH employee, is called the’Lecturer’ because he has a lot of land and his speculation method is professional.
‘Lecturer’ bought the land in Maehwa-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do at the end of January, a month before the announcement of the Gwangmyeong Siheung New City.
I bought it by splitting it with three people including Im Mo, a resident of Gwacheon City, Gyeonggi Province.

As it turned out, these were all people who were compensated for LH’s public housing district project in Gwacheon in 2016.
At that time, Mr. Lim was the chairman of the countermeasures committee on the residents’ side, and Mr. Kang was the employee in charge of compensation.
In a press interview in the past, Lim criticized “LH is developing only for business profits.”
Unlike the angle that was set in the interview, in fact, I bought the land with Kang and borrowed more than 1 billion won.
The place where the money was borrowed was Gwacheon Nonghyup.
This is where Mr. Lim works as a non-executive auditor.
Three weeks before buying the land in Maehwa-dong, I bought the land in nearby Guarim-dong with Im’s sons and those who are supposed to be younger brothers.
They also received large loans from Gwacheon Nonghyup.
