The number of new confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) in Busan has come down again.

In the afternoon of the 14th, the city of Busan said in a briefing on the current status of Corona 19, “The number of new confirmed cases occurred in the afternoon of the previous day and 4 people in the morning of the day, and there were 3,415 cumulative confirmed cases.

Of the five new confirmed cases, four were contact and one was diagnosed with fever at a screening clinic at public health centers.

One additional family contact was confirmed in the Western common fish market, and the cumulative confirmed number increased to 19 (11 workers, 8 contacts).

On the 13th, 82 people were tested at the Busan Welfare Center for the Elderly Disability, where the outbreak of infection occurred, and there are no additional confirmed cases.

As of 9 pm on the 13th, 257 people were vaccinated.

The cumulative number of vaccinations was 45,000, and 72.8% of 63,000 vaccination subjects completed vaccination.

There were 28 reports of new adverse reactions complaining of muscle pain and fever, and cumulative adverse reactions were 586.

Ahn Byeong-seon, head of the Welfare and Health Bureau, said, “As community infections do not decrease, we will extend the social distancing step by two weeks, but we will relieve some of the business hours of small businesses and entertainment businesses, and meetings with children aged 6 years.” He asked.

In Busan, 7 new cases occurred on the 6th, and since then, the outbreak has increased to double digits.
