In the tvN drama’Goddess Advent’ (played by Lee Si-eun/director Kim Sang-hyup), which ended earlier this month, Cha Eun-woo (24) played the role of the protagonist Lee Soo-ho. In this drama, which depicts the growth and cute romance of teenage boys and girls, Lee Soo-ho met Joo-kyung (played by Moon Ga-young) to heal each other’s pain and grow further.

It was a drama that showed the growth of actor Cha Eun-woo as well as Suho’s growth. The visuals expressing the perfect man Lee Soo-ho in the original webtoon with a high synchro rate, and the great growth of Lee Soo-ho delicately attracted viewers in the home.

Cha Eun-woo debuted as a group Astro,’My ID is Gangnam Beauty’,’New corps Gu Hae-ryeong’ and’Goddess Advent’, growing up one step at a time as an actor in a short time, establishing himself as an actor that attracts attention at once. In particular, in this’Goddess Advent’, they formed a thick fandom at home and abroad with their attractiveness, acting skills and high popularity.

It is also called’face genius’ and’pronoun of handsomeness’ for her beautiful appearance. In addition, the new word’Choi Choi Cha-cha’ (Choi Ae is Choi, and Cha Eun-Woo is Cha Eun-woo) is accumulating high public awareness and favorability. In a video interview with News 1 recently, Cha Eun-woo sincerely confided what he had in mind in the expectations of the public’s gaze on himself, along with the growth through’The Goddess’.

-How do you feel about the end?

▶ It’s been about two weeks since it was over, but I still can’t feel it. I still feel like I should go to the set. On the other hand, it is regrettable while also remaining regretful. Over six months, the director, the writer, and everyone had a lot of trouble.

-What do you think is the secret of the popularity of’Goddess Advent’?

▶Thank you very much for looking at it. It seems to have played a part in taking a really fun shot by working together on the spot. It was an academy, but there were several genres in it. There are comedy, action, and horror, and I think you enjoyed the fun and message that came out of the mix. .

-Gayoung Moon is a senior and junior at university, and Yuna Park is a high school classmate. Did you have any acquaintances originally?

▶Gayoung’s sister is also a senior and junior, Yuna is also an alumni, and’Gangnam Beauty’ also knew it. So, it was wonderful to meet this time, and it was comfortable. It might be awkward (when we first meet), and it would have taken some time to match our breath, but it was okay because we knew it. Everyone was so busy with each other that we couldn’t communicate much, and we saw it when reading the script.

-The most memorable god.

▶There are various scenes, and I remember the scene where he directly expresses his heart to Ju-kyung under the rock on a school trip. He is a god who has been nervous, and I have a lot of thoughts about how to convey Suho’s sincerity, and it remains in my memory. In addition, I remember the acting of pouring out everything that was repressed and difficult to my father in the hospital. When it appeared on the air, I was worried and nervous about how to accept it, but those gods remain in my memory.

-What did you feel the most while playing Lee Soo-ho in’Goddess Advent’?

▶I saw through the monitor that I acted as guardian and heard various reactions. Looking back after the work was over, I thought I felt a lot of immersion in Suho (character). It’s not like Cha Eun-woo, but I feel like I’ve become a cast member. Suho must have been thinking like this because he concentrated on Suho while doing this work, and he must have gone to this deep feeling. As I was immersed, there was a point where I felt something different. It was fun and I felt a lot of learning.

-What is the reaction that remains in your memory?

▶There were a lot of thankful reactions, but the most memorable thing was that’I can’t remember Lee Soo-ho, not Cha Eun-woo’. It was a pleasing and proud compliment. Seeing the comments, I felt so good. I am ashamed but thankful. I will try to show various aspects.

-Director Sang-hyup Kim said in an interview after the end of the show,’I think Cha Eun-woo got the fun of expressing his strengths well in this work.’ How about this evaluation?

▶I also saw the director’s interview. My strength? I’m not sure yet, but thank you for saying so. As Suho, I wanted to express as much as I could. Although Suho is actually a very young high school student, he was a friend with many pains and wounds. So, I was more affectionate, and I wanted Suho to be loved and come out of the wall. As Cha Eun-woo, I wanted to do as much as I could, and I wished that Suho’s growth could be seen well.

-It was a form of great growth while broadcasting. As we moved to the mid-to-late half, there were many favorable reviews for emotional acting.

▶ One of the most important points in acting Suho was that you must fully understand and immerse yourself in Suho’s narrative. I thought that I could be my guardian. We talked a lot with the director. Actually, when I thought about the situation Suho went through, I thought about how difficult it was and how hurt it was. When I watched the performance, Se-yeon (played by Chan-hee) appeared overlapping, and there was a breathing problem and a difficult acting. Rather than just thinking about that scene, I tried to act by thinking about what Suho is going through.

-Mainly, Joo-gyeong (played by Moon Ga-young), who keeps breathing, had a lot of comical acting. For example, ramen comes out through the nose… As an actor who plays Suho, who has relatively little emotional expression, it seems that it was not normal to endure laughter. Didn’t there have any episodes on the scene, and is he also interested in acting in comedy?

▶When I filmed the ramen scene, my sister was so good at acting, so I laughed and NG was also (laughs). He played a lot of jokes and laughed a lot. There were many ad libs in the comical scene. After’cutting’, we were busy laughing at each other, and we talked a lot about’what if we do this?’ I also want to do comedy someday. Isn’t it so energetic and fun to see the family members of Jukyung, whom I met this time? Senior Hyejin (played by Hyunsook) told me to try comedy later. I want to challenge when I get an opportunity.
