Against the bloody suppression of the Myanmar military and police, the conflict between the two sides is turning into a street fighting mode, with protesters throwing grenades and counterattacking.

According to Irrawaddy, a local media in Myanmar on the 5th (local time), residents of Tamu, Sagaing City, Myanmar threw a grenade at a military truck the day before, killing four soldiers at the scene.

The protesters, which had built a barricade and confronted the rioters, immediately launched a counterattack when the military and police fired around 4 pm on the same day. Protesters and residents of the region began to resist with weapons as victims followed by the recent bloody suppression of the military.

According to Irrawaddy, a 33-year-old young man died and 7 people were injured in the Tamu area on the 25th of last month due to bloody suppression by the military and police. Afterwards, protesters armed themselves with improvised explosive devices and shields against the military and police, and at least 14 soldiers were killed in the last 10 days. On the 2nd, a policeman who disobeyed the order of suppression from the upper part led the demonstrators and attacked the military, killing six soldiers.

On the 4th, in the Bago area in central Myanmar, citizens threw bombs at the Mitel office, a news agency owned by the military. According to Miawadi TV, the bomb did not detonate at the time, so there was no significant damage.

The Political Prisoners Support Association (AAPP), a civil organization in Myanmar, announced that 570 civilians died from bloody suppression until this day (5th) after the military coup. There were 2728 people in custody.
