Actor Park Jung-min mentioned the late comedian Park Ji-seon, who passed away last year while talking about his impressions of winning the Blue Dragon Film Awards.
Park Jung-min received the Male Supporting Actor Award at the 41st Blue Dragon Film Awards held in Paradise City, Incheon on the afternoon of the 9th. He played the role of Yui, the helper of the main character Hwang Jung-min in the movie “But Take It From Evil,” and he received attention for his unconventional character transformation.
On this day, Park Jung-min, who appeared on the stage with a quizzical expression, as if he had won an unexpected award, took his luck as a thank you for the movie staff. “I wasn’t expected, but I was expecting very little,” he said indirectly, saying, “If I could express my sincere gratitude to one person, only one person came to mind.”
He said, “I was worried about whether or not to talk about this, but there was one friend who always asked me if I was okay when I was doing this movie,” he said. “When I was filming this movie, a friend who always asked my regards and wondered about me went to heaven last year, “I haven’t sent that friend yet.”
He said, “I apologize for not asking me if it’s okay if I win a prize, and I want to tell you that I will act harder in the future so that I don’t feel embarrassed to that sister who is watching from the sky.” I will become an actor.”
Park Jung-min and Park Ji-sun were usually close friends. In 2019, they appeared together on MBC’I Live Alone’ to show a close relationship. After Park Ji-sun passed away in November of last year, Park Jung-min also mourned for a vacant place in the funeral hall of Idae Mok-dong Hospital in Yangcheon-gu.
