[마이데일리 = 이승길 기자] Attorney Choi Young-gi (law firm Seungjeon), legal representative of comedian Yoon Hyung-bin (40), who took legal action against Mr. A, who wrote an online revelation, appeared on YouTube and talked about the case.

Earlier on the 17th, an online community posted a post titled’I accuse comedian Yoon Hyung-bin’. Mr. A, who wrote the article, introduced himself as a comedian trainee who worked at Yoon Hyung-bin’s small theater in the past and claimed that he had been violent, assaulted, and harassed while working in a small theater since 2015.
Accordingly, Yoon Hyung-bin sued Mr. A for defamation and dissemination of false information, saying that he was “unfounded.”
Attorney Choi Young-gi, who is in charge of the case, said, “It’s an ongoing case, and I’m cautious after filing a complaint. The other side has distributed a press release and has even sued’Hyung-bin Yoon’s libel. The word is that you want to watch with interest. You can judge by looking at the text message that the other person sent to Yoon Hyung-bin and the comedians around you, what the other person is talking about, and what kind of claims are common sense. What kind of aggression the other party has committed and what kind of criminal act is a bit of a surprise, he said.
Attorney Choi Young-gi said, “I have known the contents since the first time I contacted that friend. This has been deteriorating recently, but it is even more regrettable because I know that Yoon Hyung-bin is a really good person. I have been hearing about this case since the end of October. Since then, I have been doing a lot of research and collecting data to see if what the other party is claiming is true. Because I know that, it is a very unfortunate situation where Yun Hyung-bin is being unfairly damaged.”
ROAD FC CEO Dae-Hwan Kim also said, “After the media report, I was surprised. I thought that it was very upsetting to (Yoon) Hyung-bin, so I contacted him.
In addition, lawyer Choi said, “The other party is a friend who was a comedian wannabe at the Yoon Hyeong-bin small theater in Busan in 2016. I was a minor at the time, but because there was no place to leave school, I provided accommodation and meals at the small theater Yun Hyeong-bin and practiced gag. Yoon Hyung-bin applied until the examination exam. He applied for the high school graduate examination examination by asking,’Isn’t there a high school diploma?’ Whenever I talked about the small theater, Yoon Hyeong-bin He proudly said that he had passed his friend’s examination. When such a friend came out like this, he said,’I’m sorry, I’m very upset.’ We sued a total of six threats. Please watch the results.”
