The court rejected the application for provisional injunction made by a medical group asking for the suspension of the validity of taking the doctoral national examination (national city) written examination of Cho Kook (56), former Minister of Justice, and Jomo, the daughter of Chung Gyeong-shim (59, constrained) professor at Dongyang University. Accordingly, Mr. Cho can take the national written test, which will be held for two days starting on the 7th.

According to the court on the 6th, the 21st part of the Civil Agreement of the Seoul Eastern District Law was dismissed on the same day in the case of a suspension of validity that the Korean Pediatrics and Adolescents Medical Association (Socheong and Medical Association) filed against the National Examination Institute for Health and Medical Services (Kuksiwon).

The court said, “The case that the creditor (protest and medical association) claims as the main bill in the purpose of the application (Jung Kyung-shim, Dongyang University’s first trial decision) acknowledges that the plaintiff is not a creditor and that the creditor is otherwise eligible for the original lawsuit. There is no data.”

The Protest and the Medical Association argued that “Mr. Cho’s admission to Pusan National University medical personnel made based on false admission data due to forgery of private documents is invalid or subject to revoked”. “Cho did not qualify to take the national examination for doctors.” An application for temporary injunction was filed.

Prior to this, the first trial court on charges of interfering with the work of Professor Kyung-Shim Chung of Dongyang University recently convicted of the charges related to forgery of Professor Jeong’s citation. Based on the court’s judgment, the Protest Division requested that the admission of Cho’s doctoral candidates at Pusan National University be cancelled, and requested the court to suspend the effect of taking the national examination based on this.

Meanwhile, Department of Criminal Agreement 25-2 of the Seoul Central District Court sentenced Professor Jeong to a fine of 500 million won for four years in prison on December 23 last year. The court judged guilty of all charges related to the entrance examination involving Professor Chung’s daughter, and some of the charges related to private equity funds. Furthermore, the court arrested for fear of destruction of evidence.
