Former Minister Cho Kook posted a short article on his Facebook shortly after the results of the trial came out.

“I’ll appeal immediately and fight,” he wrote.

“The result of the first trial decision was a great shock,” he said, and said, “I am glad that the allegation of embezzlement related to private equity was not guilty.”

“As I was nominated for the Minister of Justice, this ordeal has become an inevitable fate,” he added. “It looks like we have to walk more thorny roads.”

Rep. Kim Yong-min, a member of the Judiciary Committee, wrote on Facebook, “The court must control the investigation and prosecution, but today (23rd) it seems to have given up its role.”

Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol also criticized it.

The power of the people expressed their welcome through commentary.

It was evaluated that the whole conviction for the alleged irregularities in the entrance examination was’return to death’.

Former Minister Cho Kook asked “to apologize to the people immediately for the crimes that have confused the state affairs with the last conscience.”

Rep. Ha Tae-gyeong said that the prosecution’s investigation was unreasonable for the passport, but in the end, Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol was right.
