Amid an investigation into the damages of group Momoland Nancy’s illegally manipulated photos, the agency said, “There is absolutely no preemption or agreement.”
On the 15th, MLD Entertainment, the agency, said, “Currently, we are actively cooperating with the investigation of the Cyber Investigation Unit of the Gyeonggi Southern Provincial Police Agency. It is” he said.

Accordingly, the agency took civil and criminal legal actions through its legal representative, violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes against illegal photographers and distributors, the spread of pornography under the Information and Communication Network Act, and infringement of personal rights.
The agency emphasized that “Nancy is a victim of voyeurs and composite photos, and the person who should be protected first is Nancy,” and said, “Nancy is suffering a lot from her heart right now.”
