Apart from Modena vaccine, SK Bioscience is in charge of distribution of vaccines supplied to Korea by an international project (COVAX facility) for joint purchase and distribution of AstraZeneca, Janssen, Pfizer vaccines and Corona 19 vaccines. .

AstraZeneca and Janssen’s vaccines can be stored and distributed refrigerated (2-8°C), and the Corona 19 vaccine manufactured by Pfizer must maintain a cryogenic environment of -60°C to 90°C, similar to Modena.
Meanwhile, the government started vaccination of AstraZeneca vaccine at 9 am on the 26th at 1915 public health centers and nursing hospitals across the country for nursing hospitals, nursing facility workers and inpatients under the age of 65. This vaccine is a product commissioned by SK Bioscience at the Andong plant in Gyeongbuk.
From the 27th, Pfizer vaccination supplied by Kobex Facility will begin at the Central Vaccination Center of the National Medical Center in Jung-gu, Seoul. 199 workers at the National Medical Center and 101 workers at the treatment hospital for COVID-19 patients in the metropolitan area are subject to vaccination.
