Unfortunately, Dodam-dong, Jongchon-dong, and Arum-dong, whose official prices rose by about 70-90%, are densely populated areas where apartments were supplied to public officials through special sales at the time of the relocation of Sejong City. Many of the public officials working in Sejong City own apartments in this area through the method of special supply. It gave benefits to the housing problems of its members so that employees of the relocated ministries could settle down early.

According to the Office of the People’s Power of People Ju-kyung Yoon, a total of 25,406 public officials who received special service from Sejong City for 10 years until last year, excluding those who traded (2854) or reselled (1762), were 2,790 (82%). I owned this specially appointed apartment.
