However, it is the opinion that Minister Byeon is needed to promote the second and fourth measures, which is a super-large housing supply plan that will supply 320,000 housing units to Seoul and 836,000 units nationwide.

Unlike other countermeasures, the 2nd and 4th measures were conceived from a long time ago in the process of contemplating the problems and solutions of the housing supply method he felt in the field while accumulating experience as a public developer while serving as president of Seoul Housing and Urban Corporation (SH) and LH. It is no exaggeration to say that it is a policy.

The government has implemented countless measures to suppress demand so far, and has expanded regional regulations to the extent that it can widen, and not only the metropolitan area, but also many metropolitan cities are grouped into areas subject to adjustment.
