The city of Busan announced that it has decided to extend support for the reduction of usage fees, such as manufacturing, processing, and processing expenses at the Busan cosmetics factory until next June.
The Busan Cosmetics Factory was temporarily prepared until December to support local cosmetic companies suffering from a decrease in sales such as domestic and overseas consumption contraction due to Corona 19 earlier this year, but the local cosmetic industry continued to suffer damages. In order to minimize damage, the’Cosmetic Factory Usage Fee Reduction Support’ will be extended.
Support targets are companies that manufacture cosmetics or use individual equipment using the’Busan Cosmetics Factory’. The city is reducing the burden of production costs by reducing processing costs and individual equipment usage fees by 50%. However, material costs, quality test costs, formulation development costs, daily labor and logistics costs are excluded from the reduction.
On the other hand, this year, 12 cosmetic companies commissioned 51 cases to receive a reduction in usage fees of about 19 million won, and it is expected to receive an additional reduction of about 20 million won by June next year.
‘Byoxidant Cosmetics Factory’ acquired ISO22716 certification, which is the’International Standard for Cosmetics Industry’ in the same month, starting with full-scale operation after factory registration in March. Busan Mayor Byeon Seong-wan said, “I hope this extension of the fee reduction will minimize the damage to the local cosmetics industry, which is suffering from Corona 19, and to overcome the difficult times as soon as possible.”
