Actor Kwon Min-ah from girl group AOA confessed that she had suffered from sexual assault in the past.
Kwon Min-ah confessed to the fact of the past sexual assault damage, saying, “I just wanted to tell you what kind of life I have lived after that happened,” while conducting a live SNS broadcast on the 7th.
Through social media live, Minah Kwon said, “When I lived in Busan, my family became difficult, so I had to earn living expenses as soon as I became a middle school student, and because I was absent because of a part-time job, there were a lot of bad rumors. “I was kicked in the head with a beer bottle.”
Kwon Min-ah said, “I was sexually assaulted by a male senior. (Now) I am a famous person by name. After that, I came up as if running from Busan to Seoul. After that, my friend uncle scolded the perpetrators, and I got an apology from them.” Said.
Meanwhile, Kwon Min-ah debuted as AOA in 2012 and began her entertainment career. After leaving AOA in May 2019, she has been working as an actor.
In July of last year, Kwon Min-ah revealed through social media that he was harassed by Jimin during his AOA activities. After that, Jimin withdrew from AOA and stopped her entertainment career.
