Toolgen-Bionia signs a technology transfer contract for CRISPR genetic scissors

Toolgen, a genetically corrected company, announced on the 22nd that it has signed a technology transfer contract with Bioneer, a company specializing in the production of reagents and equipment for molecular diagnosis and research.

With this technology transfer, the two companies are planning to launch CRISPR gene scissors specialty brand’AccuTool’ for research in the form of co-branding and enter the CRISPR research market at home and abroad. Toolgen earns royalty revenue based on AccuTool sales.
