The Marine FC of England’s 8th Division thanked Tottenham for their full fight against them.
Marine lost 0-5 in the 3rd round of the 2020-21 FA Cup (Round of 64) against Tottenham at Merseyside Crosby Rosset Park in England on the 11th (Korean time).
Before the game, Tottenham coach Jose Mourinho said, “With good players, playing a good game is the best attitude to respect the opponent.”
As he professed, coach Morinho put forward players who are consistently playing this season, such as Toby R.Daveyrelt, Musa Sissoko, Lucas Moura, and Ben Davis against Marine. In the second half, Gareth Bale was replaced. Son Heung-min and Tangwi Ndombele also prepared to play on the bench.
Some of the main shafts, such as Harry Kane, were left out of the entry, but Marine was not enough because a large number of the main shafts passed Tottenham. Marine struggled with Tottenham for the entire 90 minutes, scoring four goals in the first half, and was defeated by five goals.
After the game, coach Neil Young Marin applauded, “Thank you and give your respect for the way that managers Mourinho and Tottenham showed us against us.”
He added, “I didn’t make any special orders for our players who will face the best players in the world. I feel proud that the players have climbed up to the third round of the FA Cup and played against the best players.
