Lee denied the allegations throughout the trial, and the other two were said to have admitted to the crime and claimed that there was no intention of conspiracy or harassment.
The judge said that the victim is suffering from the trauma of sexual harassment. “In the light of the witnesses’ statements, the victim’s claim is credible, but the defendants cannot accept the claim due to lack of credibility such as constantly changing or making different statements.” Judged.
