On the 27th, Lotte E&C was selected as a contractor for the remodeling project of Mok-dong 2 Chawooseong Apartment in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
The Mok-dong 2 Chawoosung Apartment, built in the area of 337 Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, was completed in March 2000 and has reached its 21st year. The complex has a site area of 40,5199.2m2, 3 floors below ground and 12 buildings with 15-18 floors above the ground, with a total size of 1,140 households, and about 494 billion won was invested.
Lotte E&C plans to expand the residential area within 30-40% and introduce new apartments with 1311 households in 12 buildings and 4 basement levels through 27 floors above ground through a remodeling project that can increase the number of households within 15% of the existing number of households.
Lotte E&C plans to apply the Lotte Castle brand to Mok-dong 2 Chawoosung Apartments to specialize in premium exteriors such as the latest Castle 3.0 design, curtain wall look and mega frame, large door, and two-story building entrance.
In addition, the largest community facilities in the Mok-dong area, such as a rooftop garden, swimming pool, guest room, indoor swimming pool, a business center tailored to the trend of working from home, and Sky Lounge on the 27th floor with views of Galsan and Anyangcheon, will be installed to present the best landmark complex in Mok-dong.
