‘Asflo’ is the first in Korea to localize and supply high-clean steel pipes used to supply ultra-high purity process gases used in semiconductor processing to semiconductor equipment. By localizing valves, regulators, and filters used together with steel pipes, the company is expanding the base of semiconductor process gas supply material parts technology independence.

‘Dongjin Semichem’ is a company that produces’photoresist’, a core semiconductor material. It mainly supplies krypton fluoride (KrF) photoresist to domestic semiconductor manufacturers. Since the Japanese government’s export regulation of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) photoresist in 2019, in addition to EUV photoresist, which Japan occupies more than 90%, it is speeding up the localization of cutting-edge semiconductor photoresists such as argon fluoride (ArF) photoresist. Transparent PI is regarded as a key material as Japan put it in export regulations in July 2019. Kolon Industries focused on the possibility of transparent PI as a next-generation display material, and began research and development in 2006. In 2016, it decided to invest in mass production and established a mass production system first in the industry.

‘Shinwha Intertek’ developed the world’s first barrier-less QD film that does not require a barrier film (all imported) essential for antifouling and waterproofing in QD panel, a next-generation display technology.
