List Price Dry Charge Bomb 89% cut 2,000 won and 0.1% lost dependents over 1.5 billion won

[이데일리 함정선 기자] There are concerns that the rate of increase in the official price will reach an average of 19% nationwide and the burden of health insurance premiums will also increase. However, due to the government’s easing policy, insurance premiums for 7.3 million households, 89% of local subscribers, are expected to be reduced by about 2,000 won per month on average.

However, even if you are registered as a dependent on the health insurance for your child and have not paid the health insurance premium for the past time, if the disclosure exceeds 1.5 billion won, you must pay the health insurance premium from November. This is estimated to be about 18,000, which is about 0.1% of subscribers.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Health Insurance Corporation on the 16th, the health insurance premium will be calculated by reflecting the publicly announced price from November. Under the current system, the average monthly insurance premium per household can rise by about 2,000 won for local subscribers.

Accordingly, the government decided to lower the insurance premium by adding 5 million won to the current 5 million to 12 million won for property deduction when calculating insurance premiums to alleviate the burden of health insurance.

If this is applied, insurance premiums of 7.3 million subscribers, which are 89% of local subscribers, can be reduced by an average of 2,000 won. The average monthly insurance premium is 11,293 won, and 11,2994 won after the change in the public price is changed, but in reality, it is 11,1071 won.

There are also concerns that retirees and non-income people who have not paid health insurance and have been registered as dependents of their children, etc., may be eliminated from dependents due to an increase in the disclosure price.

In the case of health insurance dependents, only when the tax base exceeds 900 million won, that is, the disclosure price exceeds 1.5 billion won.

Or, if the tax base exceeds 540 million won and is less than 900 million won and the annual income exceeds 10 million won, they are eliminated from the dependent status. In other words, if the publicly announced price is between 900 million and 1.5 billion won and the annual income exceeds 10 million won, it means that you have to pay health insurance premiums.

In this way, the government decided to provide a reduction or exemption to pay half of the insurance premium by June 2022, considering that most of the subscribers who are eliminated from dependents and who receive new health insurance premiums due to the disclosure price exceeding 1.5 billion won. Until next June, you only need to pay 119,000 won per month.

In addition, the government expects to further reduce the impact of the fluctuations in insurance premiums according to the publicly announced price following the reorganization of the health insurance premiums charging system in the second stage from July 2022. Until now, the government has been reorganizing the system by charging health insurance premiums based on income rather than property.

With the reorganization of the second-stage imposition system next year, property deductions for local subscribers will be expanded to 50 million won lump sum deduction regardless of the size of the property, thereby lowering the insurance premium burden for properties affected by the publicly announced price.
