The idea was to expand the supply of housing by letting public institutions solve problems that the private sector could not solve on their own, allowing businesses to run in places where development projects have not been promoted so far.

The government is planning to announce at least some of the candidate sites for the development method proposed in the 2nd and 4th measures this month after receiving an application from local governments, etc., but there is no guarantee of success.
