According to LH, a total of 13,373 apartment-type construction rental rental housing units are supplied in the metropolitan area, including 3949 units and 8388 units in the local area. The arc is supplied.
The newly supplied private public rental housing has greatly eased the eligibility of existing public rental housing, so anyone without a home can apply regardless of income and assets.
However, if there are many applicants, tenants are selected sequentially from the low-income class.
The rent is at the level of 70-80% of the rental price on the market, and 80% of the basic rental conditions are received as a rental deposit, and the remaining 20% is paid as a monthly rent. Can also be used.
For the rental period, if you maintain the homeless status, you can live for four years, and if there are no prospective tenants in the relevant house, you can live for an additional two years.
Subscriptions can be accepted through the LH Subscription Center website from tomorrow to 20th, and on-site application is also available. The winners will be announced on March 5th, and the contract period is from March 17th to 19th.
On the other hand, in the case of the number one purchase rental charter house, the winners will be announced on February 18, and a contract will be signed after February 26.
