LH, ranked 1st in’Korea’s Most Admired Company’ for 2 consecutive years

Conducted annually by Korea Management Association Consulting, this survey targets industry workers, analysts, and general consumers. It has selected the No. 1 company by industry by comprehensively evaluating the six core values, including the company’s innovation capability and social value.

As corporate social responsibility has been emphasized recently, this time, ESG was focused on evaluation. LH was recognized for actively promoting major policy projects, contributing to economic revitalization, and practicing responsible management taking into account win-win and social contributions with local communities.

Last year, LH actively supported residents and small business owners through rent reductions for rental housing and shopping centers. In addition, it has been striving to realize social values ​​by establishing an integrated care model that combines residential welfare and social services as well as newly pursuing the reorganization and rural regeneration projects.

On the other hand, LH was awarded the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s Award at the ‘2021 Korean Job Awards’ on the 25th in recognition of its contribution to creating a total of 12,000 jobs by establishing the ‘2020 LH Good Job Plan’.

The’Korea Job Awards’ is an event that rewards companies that have contributed to solving the domestic employment problem by actively practicing human resources through continuous investment and efforts. For the first time in a public institution, LH formed a’Good Job Creation Promotion Team’ with the CEO as the promotion leader, and established a comprehensive job plan to create customized jobs for each life cycle, from youth to seniors.

In addition, 600 hands-on interns and 330 new employees were hired to revitalize the job market, which was shrunken by Corona 19. It also created jobs for the elderly by hiring 2,700 elderly rainbow care workers.
