Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) begins accepting subscriptions for private rental housing. For chartered public rental, up to 80% of the rent, which is 80% of the market rent, can be paid as a deposit.
According to LH on the 17th, subscriptions for 14,843 households of private public rental housing will be accepted from the 18th to the 20th. Subscriptions can be accepted from the 18th to the 20th through the LH Subscription Center website. LH also conducts on-site registration for vulnerable Internet groups such as the elderly.
The winners will be announced on March 5. The contract period is scheduled for March 17-19, and you can move in immediately if you pay the balance within the designated period after signing the contract. In the case of the first-ranked rental housing for purchase (living and medical recipients), the winners will be announced on the 18th of next month and the contract will be signed after the 26th of next month.
An LH official said, “With the rapid supply of rental housing units that are available for immediate occupancy, we will do our best to resolve housing insecurity among the common people and the middle class, who are suffering from the recent cheonsei crisis, and to secure continuous jeonse-type supplies.”
