LH is facing the greatest crisis in 12 years since its establishment due to suspicion of employee speculation on land in a new city. Posts such as “Speculation is LH’s only benefit and welfare” and “If you get involved, go to work” were posted on anonymous bulletin boards for office workers. At the edge of the cliff, LH eventually filed a complaint with an investigative agency asking for punishment for the author who posted the article in question.

As the controversy grew, LH announced its first position on the 10th, saying, “It is a completely different post from the atmosphere inside the company.”
As voices of criticism grew over this response, LH submitted a complaint to the investigative agency asking for punishment for the author of the article.
It is a charge of defamation, insult, and obstruction of business.
This is because the company’s reputation has been damaged by this article on the blinds, and it is judged that efforts to rectify the current situation are being hampered.
LH will promptly take disciplinary action such as dismissal if it is found that the post author is an LH employee, and will claim civil damages.
However, it is not clear whether the investigative agency will be able to identify the publisher of this article.
Blind has explained to the media several times that “members’ data is privately processed, such as directly encrypting emails that certify the company the user is attending,” and “a structure in which we can not know the publisher.”
