LG Electronics is actively targeting the 2-in-1 notebook market by releasing a new lineup of’LG Gram’ on the 22nd,’LG Gram 360′.
‘LG Gram 360’ is a product that inherits the identity of Gram’s ultra-lightweight and large screen, and can rotate the screen 360°. Customers can switch to laptop or tablet mode depending on the situation.
The new product will be released in two types: 16 type and 14 type. Considering that the screen sizes of general laptops currently sold in the market are 15.6 inches (39.6 cm) and 13.3 inches (33.7 cm), LG Electronics maintains a compact size so that customers can properly enjoy a larger screen. He said he increased the screen size.
‘LG Gram 360’ can be used in notebook mode when using a keyboard such as document work or video editing, and in tablet mode when enjoying video content or using a pen.
Aluminum (top cover) and magnesium (body) materials are used for the corners finished at right angles. It weighs 1,480g and has an 80 watt hour (Wh) large capacity battery.
There are three colors:’Obsidian Black (16/14 type)’,’Quartz Silver (16 type)’, and’Topaz Green (14 type)’, and the release date for each color is different.
With a 16:10 aspect ratio WQXGA (2560×1600) high-resolution IPS display, the picture quality is clearer and clearer than the FHD (1920×1080) resolution display. In addition, it meets 99% of the DCI-P3 standard color gamut of the Digital Film Association (DCI), so the color expression is rich and natural.
With the Intel 11th generation processor Tiger Lake, the data processing speed is about 20% faster than the previous product. Intel’s built-in graphic processor Iris Xe is also installed, providing a comfortable environment at high speed when working with high-definition video and running games. It also obtained the certification of’Intel EVO platform’, a new standard for next-generation laptops presented by Intel.
LG Electronics applied dual slots for customers who want more capacity than the standard storage space. Customers can use up to 2TB (terabyte) with additional SSDs as needed.
It passed 7 items (shock, dust, high temperature, low temperature, vibration, salt mist, low pressure) of the US Department of Defense Reliability Test (MIL-STD) and was recognized for its durability.
