When a citizen suffering from the construction noise filed a complaint with an employee of the Seoul Facilities Corporation, it was alleged that he had heard abusive speech. The Corporation conducted an audit to determine whether the remarks were true.

On the 29th, the Seoul Facilities Corporation website posted a protest saying that a resident living near the construction site of a public parking lot in Seongbuk-gu heard disrespect from the construction supervisor.

Min Won-in said, “Because it is a bedrock area, I am suffering from tremendous noise due to the work of breaking the stone.” A civil petitioner who felt limited while enduring inquired about when the construction would be completed, and the employee said, “Make a boyfriend and go outside to play.”

Complainant said, “I understand the answer that there is no solution other than to be patient,” and complained, “I feel bad about having to listen to words that can be upset even if I hear intimately.”

In response, the Corporation replied, “There is a limit to noise reduction due to the poor site conditions of cracking stones adjacent to the house, so we are planning to make more efforts and proceed with the construction.

In addition, regarding the inappropriate response of the construction supervisor to the complaint, “It was confirmed that the employee responded with inappropriate expressions in the process of giving a lot of explanations to ask for understanding to the complainant.” I will try not to repeat it.”

In addition, the Corporation plans to conduct an audit on the remarks to thoroughly investigate the facts and take strict censure.
