Nvidia GeForce RTX, Full HD IPS display, etc. have improved performance and design
Reporter Choi Hee-jung = Lenovo Korea released the’Region Slim 7i’, the thinnest gaming laptop equipped with a high-performance CPU, in Korea on the 13th.
The regional slim 7i is manufactured with a weight of only 1.86kg and a slim thickness of at least 15.9mm and maximum of 17.9mm, boasting excellent portability. Various systems, including NVIDIA GeForce RTX, have been installed to improve performance. It is designed to be widely used not only in games, but also in general office work and online streaming.
With up to 10th Gen Intel Core i9 HK series mobile processor and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Max-Q design GPU, it delivers powerful performance. In addition, it is equipped with NVIDIA Advanced Optimus, which automatically maintains battery life when running light programs, and increases battery efficiency by providing maximum performance and frame rate when running games.
It supports up to 2TB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD, up to 32GB 2933MHz DDR4 memory. The Region Slim 7i’s full HD IPS display reaches 144 FPS (frames per second) at 144Hz, supports 100% sRGB color gamut, and features Dolby Vision to achieve a high level of color with excellent brightness and contrast ratio.
The battery has a large capacity of 71WHr and boasts improved battery performance with a Rapid Charge Boost function. Regional Cold Front 2.0 with an updated thermal sensor array is installed to reduce noise and heat even when used for a long period of time, and the air intake system on the top of the keyboard is enlarged, resulting in a 31% improved thermal management performance compared to the previous product.
The keyboard boasts an accurate and fast response time by applying a world-class TrueStrike changeover switch developed by itself. With 1.3mm of key travel and 100% anti-ghosting, it provides high accuracy and a light feel, and is optimized for fast gameplay. Gaming gear specialist Corsair’s iCUE RGB LED system was applied to enhance visual satisfaction with numerous keyboard color combinations.
With Intel Wi-Fi 6, Thunderbolt 3 ports and Bluetooth 5.1, you can work fast anytime, anywhere, while on the go, you can benefit from the best portable laptop with seamless network connection and online streaming. In addition, with the optional Lenovo Region BoostStation eGPU (Legion BoostStation eGPU), graphics cards and storage devices can be expanded to further increase performance.
