Actor Lee Young-ae donated 100 million won for sick children and medical staff.
Lee Young-ae recently delivered a donation of 100 million won to Asan Hospital in Seoul, asking to use it for medical expenses for pediatric patients and medical staff struggling with Corona 19.
Through the Asan Hospital in Seoul, Lee Young-ae said, “I hope that donations are used for children who are groaning in social indifference and neglected or sick like Jung In. I decided to sponsor with my heart.”
Starting with a donation of 100 million won to the Asan Medical Center in 2006 for severely ill patients, Lee Young-ae donated 100 million won for patients in Gangwon-do in 2017. We are continuing beautiful good deeds by sponsoring 50 million won.
Until now, Lee Young-ae’s donation has been handed to a total of 37 patients with severe illnesses such as intractable epilepsy, heart disease, and congenital bile duct obstruction and multicultural families.
Meanwhile, on the 5th, Lee Young-ae personally visited the graveyard of Jeong In-yang in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do, and commemorated it. The agency explained, “Lee Young-ae is staying at Yangpyeong’s house now, and after seeing articles about Jung In-yang, she was hurting her heart, and then she confirmed that the cemetery was close to her, and went with a memorial.
