In a survey on the fit of the next presidential candidate conducted by four domestic public opinion polls, Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myeong was found to gain more than twice the support of the Democratic Party leader Lee Nak-yeon, a rival in the passport. In the Honam region, Governor Lee Jae-myeong surpassed Lee Nak-yeon (27%) with 35%. It is the first time since the NBS investigation that Governor Lee has been ahead of CEO Lee in Honam. Previously, in a two-week survey of Gallup Korea in January, it was found that in Honam, Governor Lee (28%) was ahead of CEO Lee (21%).

Among the supporters of the people’s power, with the support of 34% of President Yoon Seok-yeol and still maintaining the lead, the answers came in the order of Rep. Hong Joon-pyo (7%) and Ahn Chul-soo, the representative of the National Assembly Party (6%). 36% of respondents said they had no candidates or did not know.

Among the shamans, Governor Lee Jae-myeong recorded 18%, far ahead of President Yoon Suk-yeol (5%) and Lee Nak-yeon (3%).

President Moon’s government approval rate rebounded in the new year
